Hello chums! So SORRY that I haven't posted for over a month! I was quite caught up with my daily chores in UTAR that I even forgot the existence of this web site. A thousand apologies to anyone who might have visited this web site during its 'hibernation' and cursed at me for my lack of updates.

Anyway, how is my life in UTAR? Progressing quite okay I guess. Made quite a number of friends here. And I even managed to pick up quite a bit of Mandarin (and that includes reading too!). Surprising leh? I'm becoming less 'banana' everyday. =) So what's going on with my life? My first semester has almost come to an end. I have around one month left to study before my finals. Somehow, I kinda feel a little bit of pressure, which has made me study for a couple of hours in the night (read my lips... SOMETHING NEW!). Some lecturers have been kinda cool, like Dr. Robert, who invites me to attend outside functions. Mr. Low, my management tutor has also been great! But the odd one or two that have earned my ire will not be mentioned here.

So what about leisure? My leisure activities revolve around going to shopping complexes like KLCC and Mid-Valley as well as to happening places like Bangsar and Bukit Bintang. Haven't went clubbing yet though, due to lack of neccessary transport. Have a friend who stays at my hostel who is very outgoing, which is great. At least someone who can accompany me on whimsical trips. To that person, thanks for being around when I needed company. Thank's a lot. You're really a Godsend. My classmates have also been quite great, though they usually speak Cantonese and have to revert to English when conversing with me. Oh yeah, I did go to Genting for one night a couple of weeks ago. The rates were quite cheap, so I figured out, 'What the heck!'. It was quite a relaxing trip which was thoroughly enjoyable.

Oh yeah, next month I will be attending an orchestra performance for the first time. Really hope it turns out to be a good experience and I won't fall asleep. It's a piano concerto by Sarah Chang, directed by Jahja Ling. I seriously have no idea on how the repertoire will sound like, due to my non-existent knowledge on classical music. I do not have the slightest idea on what 'Piano Concerto No.17 in D' is.

Oklah. Guess I've written too much for a single installment. I'll write more tomorrow or in the near-future. Gotta do some reading up before I go to sleep.
